The highly anticipated 2024 WNBA All-Star game is fast approaching in Phoenix, Arizona, and basketball fans are showing their support by voting for their favorite players. 

The All-Star weekend will kick off on Thursday, July 18, with the Orange Carpet Fan Event. As the excitement continues to build, Friday, July 19, will feature the Skills Challenge and the Three-Point Shootout. And then comes the biggest day of all: Saturday, July 20, when the WNBA All-Star game will showcase the league’s best players.

This year, the All-Star game will feature Team USA vs. Team WNBA. The USA players will be the 12 players already chosen for the Olympic team, while Team WNBA will consist of the remaining players voted in by fans (50%), players (25%), and the media (25%).

Analysis: Despite a 3-11 start to the season, Wings star Ogunbowale has been an offensive force. She ranks in the top ten in points and assists per game.

Guard: Caitlin Clark (Indiana Fever)
Stats: 16.3 points, 5.5 rebounds, 6.2 assists
Analysis: Clark and the Fever are one of the hottest teams in the league right now. She is also in the top 20 in points per game and the top three in assists per game.

Forward: Nneka Ogwumike (Seattle Storm)
Stats: 
18.1 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.2 assists
Analysis: The Storm currently sit with the fourth-best record in the league. Ogwumike is 10th in the WNBA in scoring and shoots an astounding 56.4%.

Forward: DeWanna Bonner (Connecticut Sun)
Stats: 17.5 points, 6.1 rebounds, 1.9 assists
AnalysisBonner has led the Sun to the best record in the league. She also ranks fifth amongst forwards in scoring.
