On Friday night, the Indiana Fever defeated the Atlanta Dream with a score of 91-79 to pick up their fourth consecutive win. This team is now 7-10 in the season and will get ready to face Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky on Sunday.
Caitlin Clark helped guide the Fever to the win, scoring 16 points on 50% shooting with four rebounds and seven assists. Aliyah Boston recorded another double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds. NaLyssa Smith scored a team-high 21 points.
After the game, Caitlin Clark took a moment to share her thoughts with the media. She expressed her appreciation for the fans, particularly those who show their support at the Fever’s road games. In a light-hearted moment, she playfully named the Indiana Hoosiers as the craziest college fanbase outside of the Iowa Hawkeyes, adding a touch of humor to the post-game discussion.

“Absolutely, a lot of these crowds that we’re going into, there aren’t many cheering against us, and that certainly helps. For me a lot of that was the same in college, other than the IU fans. They were pretty crazy,” Clark said. (via ClutchPoints beat writer Matthew Byrne)
No. 12 Indiana defeated No. 2 Iowa back in February by a score of 86-69. That was the Hawkeyes’ fourth loss of the season, and probably one Clark will never forget.
