The Indiana Fever have made a Caitlin Clark announcement
The Indiana Fever will look to start a new winning streak on Thursday when they face the Seattle Storm. Snapping their four-game winning streak with a loss to the Chicago Sky on Sunday, Indiana received three days off before their next game.
Sitting at 7-11 on the season, Indiana currently trails Chicago by a half-game for the final spot in the Eastern Conference standings, which adds an increased level of importance to each game.
Ahead their game vs. Seattle on Thursday, the Fever made a big announcement, revealing that the team had partnered with Gatorade to give away free tickets, a limited-edition Caitlin Clark bobblehead, and more:
The official website for this sweepstakes included a detailed breakdown of the available prizes that read the following:
“A total of three (3) “Caitlin Clark Prize Packs” will be awarded, each consisting of two (2) tickets to watch an Indiana Fever game at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN (date/time to be determined at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and will be confirmed upon winner notification), a Caitlin Clark Indiana Fever Jersey and a Caitlin Clark Gatorade GX Bottle and sideline towel.”
This is a great opportunity for fans to further connect with their favorite team and player, which is something the Fever have done very well this season. Clark was recently featured in Gatorade’s viral advertisement, as the star rookie is one of the brand’s biggest athletes.
While Clark is still a rookie, she has done incredibly well handling all the comes with her level of superstardom, including her ability to interact with WNBA fans. This sweepstakes is an exciting announcement from the Fever, and it includes some very unique potential prizes.
