The “Hawk Tuah” Girl has finally returned to the realm of publicity, having gone into hiding after her viral moment, which still has the internet going off.
Hailey Welch, 21, has long been identified as the woman behind the meme, but she only recently spoke about it, having agreed to be a guest on Barstool Sports’ ‘Plan Bri Uncut’ this week.
She also showed off her vocals during an onstage performance alongside Zach Bryan over the weekend, joining the country singer for a rendition of his “Revival” hit.
While speaking to host Brianna LaPaglia, Welch revealed having received a “revolting” request from a guy that would have netted her $600 had she agreed.
“The guy that does my hats, he got offered $600 for me to spit in a jar and sell it,” she said. “That is revolting, like that is disgusting, is it not?”
Whoever is offering the Hawk Tuah girl to spit in a jar for $600 please come forward @PlanBriUncut pic.twitter.com/aS4Ftzjhav

Hailey Welch Isn’t Limiting Herself To “Hawk Tuah”
Welch would probably never have become famous had it not been for said phrase, but she doesn’t want it to be her brand, though she is selling related merch.
The 21-year-old revealed that she quit her job to pursue a career in entertainment and influencing and hired a management team to help out in that regard.
“I don’t really want that to be my image, the Hawk Tuah Girl? I don’t see that being my thing you know? I don’t want to be known as that,” she explained.
Exciting times lie ahead, but “Hawk Tuah” is not going anywhere.
