Justin Timberlake’s DWI arrest is in the past for him and wife Jessica Biel.

About a week after the “SexyBack” singer, 43, was arrested in Sag Harbor, New York for allegedly driving while intoxicated, a source tells PEOPLE the married couple isn’t sweating the ongoing legal matter at the moment — and instead focusing on their personal and professional lives.

“They’re always supportive of each other’s careers,” says the insider, after Biel was recently spotted dancing in the crowd of Timberlake’s Forget Tomorrow World Tour stop at Madison Square Garden in New York City. (She also helped taste-test candy backstage.)

“Jess would never miss a show when she’s able to attend,” adds the source. “She’s excited for him.”

While Timberlake’s on tour, Biel is currently in New York City filming The Better Sister, an upcoming Prime Video series based on a 2019 novel by Alafair Burke that also stars Elizabeth Banks and Corey Stoll. Banks was also in attendance at the Madison Square Garden concert.

“They’ve moved on from the arrest. They have faith in their legal team and continue to focus on work and their family instead,” says the insider, before adding of The Better Sister: “Jess enjoys filming and is excited about the project.”

Timberlake was arrested June 18 on DWI charges after hanging out with pals at the American Hotel in Sag Harbor. He was pulled over after leaving the establishment to drive to a friend’s house and charged with one count of DWI and two citations — one for running a stop sign and one for failure to keep in lane.

Five days after his arrest, Timberlake — who’s due back in court July 26 — took a moment between songs during his June 22 show at Chicago’s United Center to speak with the audience about their support, as well as the “fellowship and the love of what is almost three decades together.”

“This [tour] is just something that keeps watching over me, more so on this tour than any other,” said the Grammy winner on stage. “And that’s that mostly all of us here in this room tonight, in this arena tonight, have grown up together. So many of you come up to me and say, ‘I grew up with you, man.'”

“… I want each and every one of you to know I’ve grown up with you,” Timberlake added. “You have been such a big and beautiful part of my life and sometimes I can’t find the words to show my gratitude that you guys just keep riding with me and riding with me.”

The *NSYNC member then shouted out fans, no matter when they started listening to his music, for being “here right now, and I just wanna say you guys keep loving me and coming back and spending and sharing this experience with me.”

“And from the bottom of my heart, I want you to know that until I’m somewhere off this earth, I will never forget each and every one of you,” Timberlake said. “You made my life so special. And tonight in Chicago, you have made us feel loved.”
