Jessica Biel looked glum on Monday while filming her latest film in New York City after her husband Justin Timberlake was arrested last week for allegedly driving while intoxicated.

The 42-year-old actress had a stern look on her face while filming scenes for her upcoming Amazon Prime Video series The Better Sister.

Jessica wore a long-sleeved blue top with small white dots tucked into loose blue pants and completed her look with black shoes.

She accessorized with sunglasses and had her dirty blonde hair styled in a severe blunt-cut bob, which may have been a wig since she’s sported different hair lengths while filming the series.

Jessica also carried a large black bag while filming.

Justin, 43, was arrested on June 18 about 12:30 when a Sag Harbor Village Police Department officer stopped him in the village in New York’s Hamptons after he allegedly ran a stop sign and veered out of his lane while driving a 2025 BMW X7, according to a court document.

‘His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,’ the court papers said.

The so-called ‘Prince of Pop’ told the officer he had one martini and was following some friends home, according to the documents. After being arrested and taken to a police station in nearby East Hampton, he refused a breath test, said the court papers, which listed his occupation as ‘professional’ and said he’s ‘self-employed.’

The 10-time Grammy winner was released without bond later in the morning after being arraigned in Sag Harbor. He was charged with a driving-while-intoxicated misdemeanor, and his next court date was scheduled for July 26, the Suffolk County district attorney’s office said.

A bartender at the hotel confirmed to People that the singer only consumed one drink before the arrest.

Another employee told the publication: ‘If he was drinking more, it wasn’t here.’

Justin began performing as a Disney Mouseketeer, where his castmates included future girlfriend Britney Spears, 42.

Jessica and Justin have been married since 2012 and have sons Silas, nine, and Phineas, three, together.

Justin has continued on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour despite the arrest and Jessica has continued filming The Better Sister, which she also is an executive producer of under her Iron Ocean Films label.

Jessica also was an executive producer of the 2022 Hulu biographical crime drama series Candy in which she played accused axe murderer Candy Montgomery and Justin had a recurring role in Candy as Deputy Steve Deffibaugh.
