Jessica Biel was spotted rocking out at husband Justin Timberlake’s Forget Tomorrow World Tour concert in New York City just one week after his shocking DWI arrest, RadarOnline.com can report.

Biel, 42, was seen enjoying her embattled hubby’s concert at Madison Square Garden on Tuesday night in an Instagram video shared by The Real Housewives of New York City star Jessel Taank.

The 7th Heaven alum rocked back and forth while singing along as Timberlake performed for nearly 20,000 fans.

“What Tour? The World Tour,” Taank, who attended Timberlake’s show with fellow RHONY star Ubah Hassan, captioned her Instagram post on Tuesday night.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Biel’s attendance at her husband’s concert on Tuesday night came just days after Timberlake was arrested for driving while intoxicated in the Hamptons last week.

The SexyBack singer was reportedly arrested in Sag Harbor shortly after he was pulled over by a police officer on his way home from dinner with friends at a nearby hotel earlier in the evening.

Timberlake was ultimately charged with one count of driving while intoxicated and two other traffic violations – including not stopping at a stop sign and failure to stay in his proper lane of travel.

Biel’s husband was later photographed leaving the Sag Harbor Village Police Department after he was arraigned and released from custody on his own recognizance last Tuesday morning.

“We look forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations,” the singer’s attorney, Edward Burke Jr., said in a statement shortly after Timberlake’s arrest last week. “He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time.”

Justin has continued on his Forget Tomorrow World Tour despite the arrest and Jessica has continued filming The Better Sister, which she also is an executive producer of under her Iron Ocean Films label.

Earlier that day, Jessica was seen without her wedding ring on when in NYC to film The Better Sister. She later was seen with the ring back on.

The couple have been married since 2012 and share two children together – sons Silas, nine, and Phineas, four.

The Madison Square Garden concert comes after Justin addressed the DWI incident for the first time as he returned to the stage for a gig at the United Center in Chicago on Friday.

‘It’s been a tough week,’ Timberlake told the crowd, per Page Six. ‘I know I’m hard to love sometimes but you keep loving me right back.’

He further sent love to his fans that were in attendance, stating that they have all faced, ‘ups-and-downs and lefts-and-rights.’

Justin was arrested on June 18 about 12:30 when a Sag Harbor Village Police Department officer stopped him in the village in New York’s Hamptons after he allegedly ran a stop sign and veered out of his lane while driving a 2025 BMW X7, according to a court document.

‘His eyes were bloodshot and glassy, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emanating from his breath, he was unable to divide attention, he had slowed speech, he was unsteady afoot and he performed poorly on all standardized field sobriety tests,’ the court papers said.

The so-called ‘Prince of Pop’ told the officer he had one martini and was following some friends home, according to the documents. After being arrested and taken to a police station in nearby East Hampton, he refused a breath test, said the court papers, which listed his occupation as ‘professional’ and said he’s ‘self-employed.’

The 10-time Grammy winner was released without bond later in the morning after being arraigned in Sag Harbor. He was charged with a driving-while-intoxicated misdemeanor, and his next court date was scheduled for July 26, the Suffolk County district attorney’s office said.

A bartender at the hotel confirmed to People that the singer only consumed one drink before the arrest.

Another employee told the publication: ‘If he was drinking more, it wasn’t here.’
