Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the artist was pulled over shortly after midnight when he blew past a stop sign.

Police then reportedly followed Justin observed him swerving across the road, forcing them to pull him over.

The father-of-two performed a field sobriety test and was asked to take a breathalyzer test, which he refused, and he was handcuffed and arrested.
