News hit the web on Tuesday that the former NYSNC member had been arrested for drinking while intoxicated after leaving a party in exclusive Hamptons enclave Sag Harbor.

Police reportedly saw him blow past a stop sign and observed him swerving across the road before they pulled him over.

The father-of-two failed a field sobriety test, and he was handcuffed and arrested, a police report said. At the station, he refused to take a breathalyzer test.

After a brief arraignment where he was banned from driving for a year in New York, he was released without bail.

He was arraigned on one count of DWI, as well as running a stop sign and failing to stay in his lane. He is next in court on July 26.
