All three stars of Harry Potter endured great suffering behind the film’s success.
Growing up with generations of audiences through Harry Potter, cast members Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson contributed his entire youth for one of the most outstanding and beloved film franchises. However, besides the glamor and boundless admiration of everyone, child actors also have to endure difficult challenges and concerns.
Reunited in a special broadcast commemorating the 20th anniversary of the premiere of the first part of Harry Potter titled Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts, the actors had the opportunity to talk about their experiences and emotions during filming. In particular, People page revealed that Emma Watson shared in more detail the reason why she wanted to leave this series when participating in part 5 – Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.
Emma Watson has long been known as an actress who places great importance on her studies and is tight-lipped about her personal life. Not one to be too interested in the hustle and bustle of showbiz, the actress felt overwhelmed and tired of fame after the huge success of Harry Potter.Harry Potter.Harry Potter.Harry Potter
During this reunion show, the actress shared with co-star Rupert Grint: “I think I was scared. I don’t know if you ever felt the moment when you realized that this halo is forever… Fame finally affected me in such a big way.”
And Rupert Grint also admitted that he felt similarly. “ I had moments like that throughout my time filming. I felt similar with Emma, thinking about what would happen if I quit acting, but we never really discussed it. I guess then everyone has to take care of their own problems. We don’t realize that everyone has similar feelings.”
As for Harry Potter – actor Daniel Radcliffe also affirmed that the film’s child stars were not mature enough to overcome the overwhelming spotlight together. “ We didn’t talk about it while filming because we were just kids. At 14 years old, I had no intention of turning to another 14 year old and asking, ‘Hey are you okay?’”
Perhaps Daniel Radcliffe is the person who was influenced by Harry Potter in the most negative way. The actor once had time to indulge in alcohol to forget the prying eyes of people and paparazzi. The actor even came to the studio drunk.
Fortunately, the stars of Harry Potter continued to stick with the film until the final part, completing a complete The story to this day still captivates many audiences.
Program Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts will officially launch on January 1.
