Nick Cannon revealed that he attended one of Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs notorious parties when he was just a “kid”.

He has admitted that when he was only about 16 he went to one of the events. The dad-of-12 spoke on Friday’s episode of The Breakfast Club where he and host Jess Hilarious talked about the time when they had attended one of the parties.

He explained that he was in New York when he tried to get into one of the parties. Combs is currently being held in federal custody since he was arrested on September 16 on charges of s3x trafficking and racketeering. He has since been denied bail.

Cannon said: “I have even been to one when I was a kid, like 16, 17, standing outside. I’ve lived my truth. I remember standing outside, you know, trying to get into a Puff party out here in New York. Like how the ‘One More Chance’ video look, that was real stuff out here. Like people standing at the door, who can get in and stuff. Bad Boy parties was official in New York in the late ’90s.”

Combs is set to stand trial next May, it has been reported. The trial was scheduled by Judge Subramanian to take place on May 5. However, according to TMZ, after the judge told Diddy’s lawyers the trial could begin in May, federal prosecutors then revealed their investigation is ongoing and it may result in additional charges against Diddy.

Combs continues to deny all allegations made against him and had asked to be granted bail for a third time since his arrest. He is currently imprisoned in Metropolitan Detention Center (MDC) in Brooklyn, New York. He currently faces 100 allegations of s3xual abuse (a combination of criminal and civil suits).

Diddy was demanding a trial as early as spring, it has been said. In a filing to the US Department of Justice, his legal team requested investigators turn over evidence they have against him so they are able to ‘review the material in advance of a spring trial date’. The document, which was seen by The Mirror, also stated that Diddy ‘continues to assert his right to a speedy trial’ and said he had requested an April or May 2025 trial date.

His team said: “Mr Combs emphatically and categorically denies as false and defamatory any claim that he s3xually abused anyone, including minors. He looks forward to proving his innocence and vindicating himself in court, where the truth will be established based on evidence, not speculation.”
