WWE fans have recently reacted to the rumor of Rhea Ripley and her fiance, Buddy Matthews’ wedding. The news hasn’t been confirmed officially, yet.

Both the Eradicator and the AEW star, Matthews have been dating for almost 2 years now and recently got engaged back in August, 2023. Since then, the duo has been active on their social media handles for sharing their day-to-day updates. Currently, both Ripley and Matthews are out of action from their respective companies due to their injuries.

According to a recent report by Mike Johnson of PWInsider, it has been declared that Buddy will be staying out of in-ring action for a while now as he will be attending a family event with his fiance, Ripley. Reacting to the news, several fans have assumed that The Eradicator is getting married, and the family event is nothing other than their own wedding.

While the majority of the fans got emotional, others were shocked to get to know about the report:

WWE Hall of Famer Teddy Long recently shared his honest opinion on the ongoing storyline between Dominik Mysterio and Liv Morgan.

While speaking on the Wrestling Time Machine, Long asserted that the company shouldn’t involve The Eradicator in between Mysterio and Morgan’s storyline, rather they should keep her away until she returns:

“They shouldn’t have Rhea mentioned every week. Let everybody forget about her. Let everybody realize this isn’t about Rhea. Let’s see what Dominik is going to do here. Finally, when they get ready to do the deal, now you call Ripley.”He further suggested if he were in charge, he would have planned Rhea Ripley’s return sooner, and have taken out Morgan to replace her in bed with Mysterio none the wiser:

“You know what I’d do? If it was me, I’d have Rhea maybe come in earlier. Okay, get that girl, get rid of her. Exchange places with her and get in the bed and Dominik never knows it.” [From 0:58 onwards]

It will be exciting to see if Rhea Ripley actually returns to the ring married or not, and how things would change among the Judgment Day members once she returns.
