WWE announcer Samantha Irvin sent a heartfelt message to Ricochet in her Instagram story during RAW. Ricochet recently became a free agent, as his contract with the company has now expired.

It had previously been reported that Ricochet’s contract was about to expire and that he hadn’t signed a new deal with the global wrestling giant. According to the reports, The One and Only didn’t want to renew his deal with the promotion.

Now, Ricochet is a free agent and is expected to sign a contract with Tony Khan’s All Elite Wrestling. Ricochet shared a photo on his Instagram shortly after reports came out about him being a free agent. Samantha Irvin shared the photo on her Instagram story and sent a two-word message to the former WWE Superstar:

“My everything.”

Many fans want to see Ricochet take on Will Ospreay in an AEW ring somewhere down the line. Ospreay has had nothing but praise for the former NXT North American Champion in past interviews.

In an interview with SHAK Wrestling, Ospreay opened up about Ricochet and had the following to say:

“Honestly, so I’ve said this to a lot of people recently. I’ve been shouting his name off in the distance for years and I really do mean years. And it’s only now, just because his contract is coming up, people are thinking something’s gonna happen. Listen, I speak to Ricochet every now and then. There’s nothing been said between us about whether something is gonna pop off, but like honestly, I hope he does.”

Ricochet is one of the best high-flyers in the industry today. Several instant classics are awaiting him in AEW, and many fans are excited to see him perform for Tony Khan.
