The Clippers star is viewed by some as a dry personality, but the newest star LA hooper would beg to differ

In a recent appearance on Paul George’s “Podcast P,” Stanford alum turned WNBA rookie Cameron Brink had some surprising revelations about her interactions with NBA legend Kawhi Leonard. Brink, the first female player to ink a shoe deal with New Balance, met the two-time NBA Finals MVP, also associated with the brand, on a commercial shoot, and the pair appear to have hit it off.

Leonard’s public image is relatively limited- he seems to be a fairly private person, and isn’t one for off-court drama, generally focusing on his craft. He has rarely appeared as a particularly vibrant personality, but Brink and George both asserted that he’s one of the funniest people you’ll ever meet.

It seems that the feeling is mutual between Brink and Leonard- the WNBA rookie was told by the New Balance team that they haven’t seen anyone make Leonard laugh like she did. A tight off-court relationship between two of LA’s biggest men’s and women’s stars could be a fascinating development, so we’ll have our eyes open for any more interactions between the pair.
